米德尔顿荣光高中迎来本学期的校园运动日。来自MCJ四大学院的全体学生还有各学科老师聚集在一起，度过了一个充满竞赛活力和热血对抗的运动一日。

Myddelton College Jinhua kicked off this semester's Sports Day with a burst of enthusiasm. Students from the four MCJ colleges, alongside teachers from diverse disciplines, came together for a day of spirited competitions and heated clashes.

MCJ四大学院——道尔学院、达尔文学院、潘克赫斯特学院和波特学院——的同学们投入到三大项目中：障碍接力、飞盘以及篮球项目。比赛分为男女组进行，每个项目的最终胜者要迎接来自老师们组成的战的挑战。

The four colleges at MCJ—Dahl College, Darwin College, Pankhurst College, and Potter College—dove into three major events: relay race, frisbee, and basketball. The competitions were split into male and female groups, and the winners of each event faced a challenge from teams made up of teachers.

运动日的一个亮点是同学们和老师们之间的对决。总是在教室里侃侃而谈的老师们与学生们在同一个运动赛场，迎接他们的是并不轻松的挑战。MCJ师生一起竞争、欢笑、遗憾，一起分担，一起庆祝每一个值得纪念的时刻。

A standout moment of the Sports Day was the showdown between students and teachers. Teachers stepped onto the sports field, facing a challenging yet rewarding task. Competing, laughing, sharing moments of disappointment, embracing the excitement, and celebrating every memorable moment together with the students.

MCJ校园运动日是全人教育理念的生动体现。作为一所英式国际高中，MCJ一直以来重视体育运动和学术追求之间的协同。我们重视学生在学术课堂之外的成长，更是相信充满活力的体育运动和竞技精神将反哺学生的学术表现，无论是从体格还是精神都能让高中阶段的同学们得到磨砺与锤炼。

MCJ's Sports Day vividly embodies the concept of holistic education. As a British international high school, MCJ consistently emphasizes the synergy between sports and academic pursuits. We value students' growth beyond the academic classroom and believe that dynamic sports and the spirit of competition contribute to students' academic performance and overall development, both physically and mentally.

在这个校园运动日，我们见证了默契的配合、鼓励的拥抱、激烈的对抗、竭力的呐喊还有团队的力量。追求卓越、坚韧不拔、与人为善，我们再次证明了MCJ社区的精神和教育不仅仅是教室里的课程，还贯穿体育竞技和生活的方方面面。

During this Campus Sports Day, we witnessed teamwork, encouraging embraces, intense competition, passionate cheers, and the power of unity. Scholarship, fellowship, resilience — we once again showcased the spirit of the MCJ community, proving that education extends beyond the classroom to encompass various aspects of sports competition and life.
