As the Lunar New Year festivities drew to a close, the corridors of Myddelton College Jinhua echoed with the excited chatter of returning teachers and students.

为了迎接新学期的到来，MCJ的教职员工们进行了新学期的专业培训会议，重振旗鼓，蓄势待发。这次新学期培训为即将到来的学期定下了基调，并且重申了MCJ对卓越教育的集体承诺。

To prepare for the coming semester, the staff at MCJ geared up for a welcome back training session aimed at rejuvenating spirits after the well-deserved holiday. This gathering set the tone for the upcoming academic term and renewed the collective commitment to excellence in education.

过去的一周，来自不同文化背景的教育者们重新聚集在一起，他们在全国各地甚至世界各地旅行后再次相聚。对启动下一个学术旅程的渴望感在MCJ教育者之中弥漫。本次培训以外方校长Higgs先生介绍MCJ的新变化、进步和调整开始。王校长引领老师们投入到小组合作的头脑风暴会议中，为即将到来的学期设定学术目标和目标。

The atmosphere was warm as educators from diverse cultural backgrounds reconvened this past week after having travelled all over China and the world. An eagerness to embark on the next phase of the academic journey was palpable among the staff. The welcome back training session commenced with a rundown of exciting changes, advancements, and realignments from the foreign headmaster Mr. Higgs. Then, with renewed vigor, teachers delved into collaborative brainstorming sessions under the tutelage of headmaster Mr. Wang. The session was aimed at setting academic goals and objectives for the upcoming term.

返校培训的核心是建立一个具有凝聚力的教育者群体。MCJ的教师们培养了一种跨越文化界限的团结精神，融合了东西方的最佳教学方法，为米德尔顿荣光高中的学生提供了独特的教育体验。

At the heart of the welcome back training session was a commitment to building a cohesive community of educators at MCJ.
